Mission Of The Position:
Provides leadership and support to the assigned locations, teams, and employees. Actively engages in employee relations and collaborates with others to ensure that objectives are aligned with the location's strategic goals. Responsible for achieving the short- and long-term goals and objectives of the assigned location(s). Monitors progress and develops action plans as needed to achieve strategic plans, budgets, and corporate objectives. Expected to lead with integrity and respect, fostering a positive employee environment, and fairly and consistently administering and enforcing all company policies. Also responsible for generating new clients and more profitable business for RRD.
Main Functions:
Work equipment and tools assigned to the position: company car, mobile phone, laptop, others.
Personal protective equipment and others: safety shoes, earplugs, etc.
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration industrial engineering or related careers. Master's degree desirable. Education can be replaced by advanced years of progressive management and/or executive experience working in a variable print environment.
Areas And Years Of Experience: 8 years. At least 8 years of diversified management experience is required within a manufacturing environment, preferably in printing, labeling, and/or packaging.
