The Sales Administrator (reporting into the GM and Operations Manager) supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role is responsible for preparing sales reports, minor quotes, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with customer inquiries. In addition, the Sales Administrator performs front-desk reception duties, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and directing incoming calls and correspondence.
The position plays a key role in enhancing sales efficiency, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused office environment.
