Ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate stock records using WMS
• Ensure all operational processes are in line with our SOPs, with no lapses.
• Plan and monitor all activities while ensuring the quality of products is not compromised.
• Ensure the ASRS and the entire facility operate at optimal efficiency by conducting daily system checks and executing timely transfers to maximize storage capacity in alignment with demand.
• Review and verify all form submissions to the Accounts Department to ensure accurate billing and service records for customers.
• Smooth and uninterrupted operations in RCS, including timely communication and coordination with Inventory team
• Support inventory team to coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to proactively resolve operational issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Support internal audits and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance and morale across all shifts.

To be successful, you will have:

• 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Degree in any field
• Experience leading a team
• Proficient in WMS platforms, Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS)
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills
