The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.

To ensure the Engineering Team plans and executes project and maintenance activities to provide Singapore assets and facilities that enable the Operations team to operate a successful business. We have an opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Executive. This role is based in Mandai Link and reports to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preventive Maintenance of Facility Equipment
• Ad-hoc or Corrective Maintenance of Facility Equipment
• Inspection of Facility Equipment and Building Perimeter
• General– Facility

To be successful, you will have:

• At least 5 years' experience in maintenance and/or project teams with a demonstrated ability to manage complex project/maintenance operations in a warehouse/logistics or heavy industrial environment
• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in a related field e.g. electrical, mechanical, refrigeration
• Strong knowledge of facility management, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with Technicians, all stakeholders and Senior Executives
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.
