Your role on the team:
- Acts as customer advocate within GEODIS
- Ensure network collaboration in support of the customer
- Offers value-added solutions and services
- Partners with customer, and related parties, to improve overall supply chain structure
- Provides fast track issue escalation and resolution
- Anticipates and implements customer special requirements
- Carries out joint planning activities
- Business reviews (MBR / QBR)
- Maintain SOP, customer tariff, and AR management
What you need:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
