As Sales Operations Specialist, you will be driving strategic initiatives, delivering data-driven performance insights, serving as CRM super user, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and advancing digital transformation to drive sustainable growth in European Freight Forwarding operations.
This position is being offered on a remote basis and we welcome applicants based anywhere in Romania.
• Boost Sales Efficiency: Creating innovative tools tailored to empower individual sales performance across the team.
• Drive Internal Communications: Leading all sales-related communications and initiatives throughout the European Freight Forwarding business unit.
• Unlock Actionable Insights: Analyzing KPIs at country, branch, and individual levels to deliver strategic recommendations that drive results.
• Master Reporting Excellence: Designing, maintaining, and distributing impactful sales reports using Excel and Power BI for leadership decision-making.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering seamlessly with Marketing, Product, Finance, Trade Lane, and Tender teams to elevate sales performance.
• Launch Targeted Campaigns: Supporting Trade Lane Management in coordinating high-impact sales campaigns for key regions and countries.
• Facilitate Monthly Success Forums: Coordinating virtual sales meetings to celebrate wins, share best practices, and inspire the team.
• Champion Digital Transformation: Leading the adoption of cutting-edge tools like Seismic and Prezi to modernize the European Sales Organization.
• Keep Teams Aligned & Engaged: Producing compelling newsletters for Field Sales to ensure everyone stays connected and motivated.
• Empower CRM Mastery: Serving as CRM Super User, driving national implementation, testing, and support while collaborating with global teams.
• Support Strategic Leadership: Delivering ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and reports to guide the Sales Area Director's key decisions.
• Streamline Lead Management: Reviewing and assigning qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives, ensuring complete data for maximum conversion potential.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.).
• Approximately three years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations processes (experience within the Freight Forwarding industry is a significant advantage).
• Deep understanding of sales processes specific to Freight Forwarding.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); any additional languages are highly valued.
