What You'll Do
As Sales Manager (Reefer), you'll be at the forefront of our commercial strategy, responsible for developing and expanding a strong Book of Business within the branch's geographical reach. Your mission: drive growth, deliver value, and build lasting client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Growing volume, revenue, and margin through strategic client engagement.
- Collaborating with branch operations to tailor SOPs around client needs.
- Supporting clients with day-to-day export/import inquiries and closing opportunities.
- Coordinating with DP World's global network and external partners to ensure top-tier service.
- Managing your pipeline and sales activity through our CRM—fueling both performance and incentives.
What You Bring
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- A proactive approach to identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Additional languages are a bonus!
