The Regional Key Account Manager – Chemicals will develop accounts with a focus in Chemicals. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives account growth, and achieves business objectives. The Regional Key Account Manager – Chemicals is the primary point of accountability, responsible to drive continuous improvement and collaborating to deliver on customer commitments across multiple teams and geographies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management understanding.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven track record in account management, with demonstrated client retention and growth success. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, logistics software). Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
