Quality Technician

We're excited to announce the launch of our brand-new facility in Ostrava. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support daily quality operations, lead investigations on non-conforming parts, and help drive continuous improvement across our processes. If you are proactive, analytical, and committed to maintaining high quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in quality meetings and perform initial quality checks to support daily operations
• Make informed scrap decisions on non-conforming (NOK) parts based on investigations in collaboration with Supplier Quality
• Monitor and control quality issues, escalating problems to team leaders and management when necessary
• Conduct thorough investigations on parts, including process checks, kitting trolley reviews, packaging verification, and overall process observations
• Perform SAP transactions and support system-based investigations to maintain traceability and accuracy.
• Ensure all internal quality processes consistently comply with customer quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and verbal reports following internal investigations, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities
• Support containment activities, audit the effectiveness of implemented actions, and carry out system purge checks as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quality Management or apprenticeship and further education in Quality Management
• Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, Power Point
• Basic knowledge of the required standards (DIN ISO, VDA, IATF)
• Experience in Quality Management
• Several years of experience in Logistics, ideally in Automotive
• Excellent command in Czech and English languages
