Packaging Planner

We are looking for a Packaging Planner to join our DP World team in Mošnov. In this role, you will ensure high-quality packaging processes, support continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will play a key part in maintaining packaging standards, inventory accuracy, and smooth warehouse operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Creation and continuous updating of packaging instructions
• Determination of packaging types, structures, and methods for various products
• Supervision of packaging material usage, including system data maintenance
• Execution of packaging trials to ensure material quality and compliance
• Development of individual packaging specifications for exceptional or customer-specific requirements
• Collection of operational data for planning and optimization
• Training and guiding assigned employees in packaging planning and project tasks
• Monitoring inventory levels of packaging materials and placing orders accordingly
• Coordination and communication with predefined packaging suppliers
• Following external developments and trends in packaging solutions
• Supporting process development and optimization initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and information security standards

Your Profile:

• Completed school-leaving certificate, ideally supported by practical experience that demonstrates reliability, accuracy, and a structured working style.
• Language skills in Czech and English, with fluent Czech for daily communication and solid basic English to handle internal documentation and supplier interactions.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, plus experience with SAP
• Several years of professional experience in warehousing or logistics
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and packaging processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and packaging suppliers
