Inside Sales Executive – Sweden

Location: Sweden, Gothenburg

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Inside Sales role is critical for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels and virtual engagement.

Our ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in inside sales or customer development within freight forwarding, with a strong solutions-based mindset and a proactive approach to building relationships. You don't have to tick every box to be our perfect candidate—our recruitment team is keen to speak to freight professionals ready to help shape this new venture.

How you will contribute

• Proactively identify and win new SME and MNC customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline and customer database.

• Sell across Air, Ocean, Land, Intermodal, and Value-Added Services.

• Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.

• Support Field Sales with account nurturing and meeting scheduling.

• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations focused on customer value.

• Ensure accurate CRM usage and real-time pipeline updates.

• Collaborate with Tender Management, Pricing, Product, and Operations.

• Conduct virtual business reviews and maintain strong client relationships.

What you will bring

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer development in logistics.

• Proven success selling across multiple transport modes.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Skills

• CRM and pipeline management proficiency.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• High activity levels and results-driven mindset.

• Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
