We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individuals to join our new site in Łódź, Poland. Be part of a global leader in logistics and make an impact together!

As a Head of Site Operations (f/m) you will be responsible for entire operations at the site level.

The main objective of this role is to plan and monitor the day-to-day operations. You will need to communicate with Site Manager to make decisions for operational activities. Plan, implement and manage the overall long-term business success strategy. Provide constructive feedback. Organize customer support to enhance customer satisfaction. Review financial information. Manage operational budgets to promote profitability. Ensure that the group has the right people, processes, and technology in place to execute the content strategy and plan successfully. You will work closely with other team members as: HR, QHSE, Finance and Engineering.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the operational performance at Site level projects
• Responsible for providing direction, advice and counsel to Area Managers
• Manage site's operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance
• Formulate strategy and improve performance
• Mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels
• Ability to exercise controls over implementation of policies and procedures for the operations
• Skill in reviewing and formulating/revising/recommending operations policies and procedures; ability to exercise controls over the implementation of policies and procedures
• Manage FC operations and coordinate them with other departments and organizational units
• Lead operations improvements and engineering changes processes
• Point of contact for customer strategic discussions and escalation point with Customer for all Customer related issues

Qualifications, experience and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering/Production or related field
• Experience in operations management or a related field (+300 people)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, follow up, problem resolution and facilitation skills while working with various levels of the organization
• Strong analytic skills for working with datasets to transform data and approach these problems in a creative manner
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate operational requirements into meaningful dashboards
• Ability to exercise controls over the implementation of policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Definite asset: experience in the logistics/production industry
• Fluent Polish – additional languages like English are required (communicative to keep daily communication with customers)
