Field Sales Executive

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics company that currently handles more than 10% of world trade, is seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing Freight Forwarding office in Prague, Czech Republic.

As Field Sales Executive, you will manage the book of business to drive consistent growth in volume, revenue, and margin. You will collaborate with Branch Operations to tailor SOPs to client needs and assist clients with day-to-day export/import quotations and negotiations to secure optimal opportunities. You will coordinate with DP World's internal network and external partners to ensure superior service, while maintaining daily CRM activity to accurately manage your pipeline and support the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, ocean, and road transport).

• Visit potential and existing clients regularly to build strong, long-term relationships.

• Understand customer needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service offers.

• Negotiate rates and service agreements with pricing and operations teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service implementation.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of meetings, sales activities, and pipeline.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings as required.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar discipline preferred.

• Proven commercial experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of international logistics (air, ocean, and/or road freight).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Fluency in English and Czech.
