HR Executive – Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Plan and execute end-to-end employee engagement activities including event conceptualization, poster creation, coordination, and communication.

Organize Global Volunteering Week, CSR initiatives, and Wellness programs from planning to execution.

Ensure timely updates on the company notice board with relevant event information.

Design and distribute monthly birthday posters and coordinate employee gifting.

Execute RO initiatives as per organizational requirements.

Prepare and circulate the monthly event calendar in advance.

Improvement in GPTW score year-on-year.

100% adherence to event timelines.

Minimum 2 employee engagement activities per month.

Increase in employee volunteer participation.

Event calendar shared in the last week of the preceding month.

Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for Adecco employees, Apprentices, and Interns including interview coordination, documentation, offer letters, induction, gate pass issuance, system access, appraisal & KPI tracking, and NATS portal updates.

Oversee recruitment processes including interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding to ensure alignment with business manpower requirements.

Handle employee offboarding including ID card submission to Security, system exit formalities, Full & Final (FnF) settlement coordination, and issuance of experience letters.

100% onboarding process completion before 3 days of joining.

100% documentation completion within 7 days of joining.

100% FnF closure as per defined payout cycle.

Ensure audit documentation and compliance records are maintained and submitted on time.

Compile and share monthly canteen deduction data with Payroll.

Coordinate Adecco attendance data, payroll cross-verification, and invoice processing.

Submit quarterly UAR access reports to IT and ID card submission data to Security.

Prepare and submit monthly manhours reports to HSE and create PPT presentations for NSPT, P&T CFS, and FTZW.

Prepare and circulate the monthly HR dashboard.

Share monthly Intern and Apprentice status reports with the CEO.

100% data accuracy in all reports.

Full compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

HR Dashboard PPT submission before 10th of every month.

Canteen data submission before 15th of every month.

Manhour data submission before 10th of every month.

Resolve employee queries related to ZingHR, Oracle login issues, and other HR platforms.

Address employee account-related concerns in a timely manner.

Minimal downtime and seamless HR system access.

Query resolution within 5 working days (TAT).

Provide continuous HR support to Admin and IR teams.

Assist in operational coordination and conflict resolution to ensure a productive workplace environment.

Timely and effective support to Admin & IR functions.
