Export Documentation & Validation
Verify export documents prior to cargo unloading.
Validate export cargo details and empty containers as per documentation.
Coordinate with CHA regarding any variation in cargo details.
Endorse admission documents for cargo to respective CHA.
Assign and endorse Tag ID for respective cargo.
Warehouse & Yard Operations
Allocate space for destuffing and stacking of export cargo.
Arrange required equipment for mechanical operations.
Organize container placement for stuffing after completion of customs procedures.
Conduct open yard inspection of cargo.
Perform survey of lift-off containers.
Coordination & Communication
Inform the documentation team regarding shut-out cargo or variation in loading plans.
Ensure smooth coordination between operations, CHA, documentation, and yard teams.
Billing & Value-Added Services
Maintain and update records of value-added services for billing purposes.
Ensure accuracy in operational inputs for invoicing.
Safety & Compliance
Conduct HSE checklist verification.
Participate in and conduct toolbox talks.
Report unsafe acts and conditions to HSE and reporting manager.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and statutory norms within yard operations.
