1. Monitoring of shift activities which includes vessel/rail/road operations and ensure targets and deadlines are effectively met. 2. Job allocation and engagement of company and outsourced staff. 3. Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers. 4. Contributing to continuous improvement. 5. Contributing for the meeting of business/operational targets and objectives. 6. Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an efficient and effective team. 7. Liaise with inter departments for proper service from'supporting' departments. 8. Effective monitoring to achieve set operational goal/target. 9. Trend setting and analysis of operational parameters. 10. Seamless inter shift flow of work. 11. Ensuring safe and correct working practices. 12. Berthing and un-berthing timelines set up are achieved.
