Crane & Automation Executive

We are looking for an experienced Crane & Automation Executive to lead crane maintenance, automation systems and technical performance across our terminal operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability and safety of QC, RTG and MHC cranes, while driving continuous improvement and leading the crane & automation team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance, repair and optimization activities for QC, RTG and MHC cranes
• Drive MTBF / MMBF, availability and PM compliance targets
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, legal regulations and international standards
• Manage and develop the crane & automation team, acting as a technical and safety role model
• Implement predictive and reliability-centered maintenance practices
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and automation systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean)
• Work closely with operations, planning and engineering teams

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in crane maintenance, automation and projects,
• Hands-on experience with STS, RTG and MHC cranes,
• Strong knowledge of PLC, Drives, HMI and SCADA (Codesys, STEP 7, TIA Portal)
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, CAN, Ethernet/IP)
• Knowledge of Machinery Safety Directive 2006/42/EC,
• Experience with CMMS / Maximo,
• Proven team leadership and analytical skills,
• Good command of English (presentation level),
• B-class driving license, able to work at height and in field conditions,
