Define and execute the Defence & Aerospace strategy aligned to DP World's freight forwarding and integrated logistics capabilities.
Drive revenue and EBIT targets with a strong focus on compliant, sustainable, and repeatable business.
Build a qualified pipeline (minimum 4–5x of target) with a disciplined focus on deal quality and margin.
Lead consultative sales engagements with Defence PSUs, DPSUs, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and aerospace manufacturers.
Translate customer requirements into compliant logistics solutions covering international freight forwarding, project cargo, secure movements, and time-critical shipments.
Anchor key strategic accounts and long-cycle opportunities.
Engage with government bodies, defence establishments, and regulatory authorities in a professional, discreet, and compliant manner.
Build credibility and trust across institutional stakeholders while strictly adhering to DP World's ethics, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Ensure zero tolerance for compliance breaches, misrepresentation, or process deviation.
Ensure all commercial engagements comply with applicable defence regulations, customs, export controls, and internal approval frameworks.
Maintain high standards of documentation, pricing approvals, CRM hygiene, and audit readiness.
Protect DP World's brand, reputation, and license to operate in sensitive accounts.
Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, FF, FTWZ, and Solutions teams to deliver executable and compliant solutions.
Support integrated opportunities where required, while retaining clear ownership of freight forwarding-led deals.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution with zero compromise on customer commitments
