This is your opportunity to play a key role in developing our workforce, supporting new starters, and ensuring training standards are consistently high across the site.

A typical day may involve

• Lead inductions & manual handling training – Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
• Training administration & compliance – Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Update safety documentation – Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
• Coordinate with planning team – Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.
