Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of key SLA's with customers in a fast growing sector
• Manage/implement operations for existing and new customers
• Review monthly operational performance with customers
• Build a strong win-win relationship with customers
• Frequently review and align with immediate superior on operational issues
• Manage the planning process to ensure daily operation activities are executed
• Continuously review and improve business processes
• Manage the effective implementation and use of technology
• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional team

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
• Min 3 years of experience in managing an operational functional team, prefer in e-commerce space
• Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of 5 to 10
• Manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
