Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly or monthly report in internal stakeholder
- Running Safety matters and Loss Prevention in Transport Division smoothly
- Share knowledge regarding performance measurement and its significance to our customers
- Communication to all stakeholders and customers effectively in daily activity
- Ensuring Transport Management System and Trucking Availability process is running smooth
- Analyze and explain causes of under-expected performance
- Developing knowledge and skill all subordinates under his/her responsibility
- Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure production of accurate statistics
- Analyze and trigger process improvement initiatives based on performance records
- Raise the awareness between personnel in the warehouse to sustain good performance
Requirements
- Required Mandarin fluency
- Minimum 2-year experience in Transport sector
- Minimum 1 year experience in Supply Chain company
- Minimum 1 year experience as Transport Supervisor
- Minimum 2-year experience as superior in a transport division team
