Telesales Executive – Ecommerce Solutions (ECS)
The Telesales Executive – Ecommerce Solutions (ECS) supports national ECS growth by acquiring and activating SME exporters and marketplace sellers through structured outbound engagement. The role focuses on high-volume outreach, efficient onboarding, and repeat shipment activation and enabling scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Make outbound calls/virtual engagements to SME exporters and marketplace sellers.
- Qualify leads and convert them to ECS onboarded customers.
- Support national ECS campaigns and marketplace onboarding drives.
- Customer Onboarding & Activation
- Guide customers through account setup, documentation, and first‑shipment readiness.
- Support customers through initial shipments to ensure repeat usage.
- Coordinate with Ops and CS to resolve onboarding queries promptly.
- Volume Development & Account Nurturing
- Drive regular shipment volumes through follow-ups and structured engagement.
- Track activity and re-engage dormant or low‑activity customers.
- Escalate high‑potential accounts to BDMs when needed.
- Reporting & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate records of calls, onboardings, and active shippers.
- Track conversions and performance metrics as per ECS targets.
Follow DGF sales governance, compliance, and reporting standards; share market feedback for continuous improvement.
