For our sales department of DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf we are looking for a Telesales Executive (M/W/D) 100%.
Your Tasks:
You manage a customer portfolio of around 600 SME companies (+/- 2 million sales responsibility) through all communication tools as telephone, virtual meeting and video message. You are responsible to develop the activity of your portfolio and implement and retain new customers.
Based on a proactive consultant approach, you identify customer needs and promote our services and further development of customers in your own portfolio. You acquire and retain new customers based on lead provided by our Lead Qualification department. You make sure that the current condition is in line with our tariff / volume policy.
