We are looking for a sales representative and ambitious Telesales Executive to strengthen our customer-focused and professional telemarketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned B2B customer portfolio and actively acquiring new customer relationships. You will lead the entire sales process from prospecting to customer relationship development. You will identify business opportunities and challenges for customers and help them achieve their goals by providing solutions that meet their needs.
We are looking for a person who enjoys a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment. Your workplace is located on Vantaan Tietotie and there is a possibility for partial remote work. The position is permanent and full-time. The salary is 2700-3200eur/month based on the selected candidate's relevant work experience.
Your daily tasks include achieving the business goals of your customer portfolio, regular contact and development, and new customer acquisition. You will provide personalized service to current and new B2B customers via phone and email. You will also maintain and update your customer portfolio information in DHL's global sales systems.
