Job Purpose

Administration of the leased properties portfolio.

Your Tasks

• Update of the financial information in the different platforms.
• Reporting rents portfolio.
• Notification of the annual indexations, security deposits and all payments related to a lease contract.
• Be in constant contact with landlords to meet their requirements and doubts.
• Tracking of contractual amounts to ensure the accurate payment.
• Invoices amounts vs lease agreement verifications.
• Look for the correct administration of lease agreement.
• Give visibility for next expirations and important appointments inside and outside CRE.

Your Profile

• 1-3 Years in Real Estate Contract Administration, Property Management.
• Finance, Engineering, Law, Administration, accounting or finance studies.
