Job Duties:
• Collect and analyze operational data related to undelivered shipments, including exception volumes, root causes, and closure lead times
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline operational workflows (e.g., handling of undelivered shipments), addressing process gaps and potential issues
• Collaborate with team members to gather insights and understand operational pain points
• Perform basic root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare initial findings and develop presentation materials to summarize observations for presenting to Ground Operations Management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Logistics, Transportation & Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the logistics and express industry
• Prior experience in data analysis, part-time work, or internships is an advantage
