Who We Are Looking For
You are an enthusiastic student who wants to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. Do you have an assignment from your course? We would love to think with you about how you can combine it with the work on the floor.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student (e.g., Supply Chain, Business Administration, Technical Business Administration or HR)
- At least 3rd year and looking for a cooperative internship
- Available five days a week (or as required by your program)
- Strongly communicative in Dutch and English
- A team player with your own transport
- Curious about how logistics really works
Where Will You Work?
Your base is in Tiel, but you can also visit other DHL locations. You can intern in:
- Office functions such as Customer Service, Inventory Management, Office Admin, Superuser, Process Engineering, or HR
- Operational functions such as Team Leader or Shift Manager
- Research assignments (depending on the site’s demand)

Every week, we deliver to more than 400 hardware stores in the Netherlands and Belgium – playing an important role in the daily logistical processes of the largest hardware chains in the region. With a brand-new building that will be operational from September 2025, this location offers ample opportunities to grow and develop. Prefer a smaller scale? Come intern at our multi-client location where collaboration and growth are central. On this site, we work for different clients, providing a varied work environment. Thanks to the smaller team size, there’s a nice atmosphere where everyone knows each other and there’s plenty of room for personal development.
