We are now looking for a SHEQ and OMS Champion for our operation in Eskilstuna. In this combined role, you have overall responsibility for safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) and work to ensure a safe, secure, and quality operation. You are also responsible for implementing and developing DHL's Operations Management System (OMS), which is a standardized way of working in line with DHL's global model.

An important part of the mission is to strengthen leadership, culture, and continuous improvements on site. The role combines operational improvement work and coaching leadership with a systematic and structured SHEQ work.

The role is central to the site's development and involves close cooperation with site management, managers, and employees. You report to the Site Manager and are part of the site's management group.

Your main duties include:

SHEQ

• Lead and drive the systematic work environment, safety, and quality work
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements as well as ISO, GDP, and GMP certifications
• Investigate deviations, accidents, and incidents and conduct root cause analyses
• Maintain and develop quality management systems
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits
• Ensure that induction, basic, and further training is carried out and documented
• Follow up on KPIs within the work environment, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Act as expert support to managers and leadership in SHEQ-related issues
• Be responsible for the site's security work

OMS

• Implement and further develop DHL's Operations Management System (OMS)
• Ensure consistent application of standards, processes, and working methods
• Follow up and develop key figures in productivity, quality, safety, and work environment
• Coach and develop leadership on site in OMS culture and improvement work
• Initiate and drive continuous improvements according to LEAN principles
• Ensure effective training and knowledge transfer within OMS
• Support Site Manager in change and culture work

About you

We are looking for you who combine structure, drive, and pedagogical leadership with a strong will to develop both people and operations. You are confident in your leadership, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You dare to challenge established ways of working, are persistent in change, and have a genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• At least a high school education
• Documented experience with LEAN and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge in SAM and SBA
• Experience in leading, coaching, and training staff
• Experience in quality and improvement work within logistics or industry
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 as well as GDP/GMP are meritorious
• Knowledge of quality assurance tools such as CAPA, Change Control, risk analyses, and root cause analyses
• Very good communicative and pedagogical ability
• Good planning and follow-up ability
• Good skills in the Office package (Word and Excel)
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
