We are now looking for a SHEQ and OMS Champion for our operation in Eskilstuna. In this combined role, you have overall responsibility for safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) and work to ensure a safe, secure, and quality operation. You are also responsible for implementing and developing DHL's Operations Management System (OMS), which is a standardized way of working in line with DHL's global model.
An important part of the mission is to strengthen leadership, culture, and continuous improvements on site. The role combines operational improvement work and coaching leadership with a systematic and structured SHEQ work.
The role is central to the site's development and involves close cooperation with site management, managers, and employees. You report to the Site Manager and are part of the site's management group.
