Provide necessary support and information on project business. Support and coordinate with team members for project development. Assist Head of Operations to design internal and external SOP for project management. Feedback various operation matters to improve operation quality and result. Coordinate/liaise/work with FICO/OFR/Overseas Branch on operation and operational accounting matters. Offering rate to Customer for concerned inquiry. Keep communication with customer on a daily basis. Handle and track the project transportation condition. Execute the daily operation for different projects. Participate in making the project's SOP and carry out strictly. Collect operation issues and report to Head of operations and then reply to overseas/Customer. Track and answer the question of difficult cases. Communicate with the agent/overseas station/supplier and other colleagues about various operation matters. Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility, and cost consciousness. Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team. Plan, organize, and direct an efficient and effective function. Conduct performance appraisal, including coaching.
Job Requirement: Bachelor degree in logistics or business-related field. 1-2 years & above working experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry. Proper understanding of projects bidding procedure and operation process. Understanding of trade terms & logistics processes both in import & export, sea freight & air freight. Minimum 3 years experience as project implementation. Previously participated in 10 large and small-scale conventional projects. Good at English, fluent both in written and oral.
