Responsibilities:
1. Provide feedback to customer inquiries
2. Generate reports or other related documents to customers
3. Follow up trouble cases or irregular shipments and provide alternative arrangements to customers
4. Attend customer review meetings
5. Update the supervisor/manager on trouble cases
6. Maintain good relationships with customers
7. Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
Requirements:
1. Education & Certification: College Degree & above
2. Language skill: Fair English
3. Computer: Basic Excel, Word skill
4. 3 years relevant experience & above
