What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Master's degree or specialization is a plus.
- 5+ years of successful commercial/sales experience.
- 3+ years leading sales teams or commercial development initiatives.
- Experience in sales training, coaching, or talent development.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
