Sales Trainee Program

Working Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to Head of Field Sales, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:

• Win new business and develop existing customer business opportunities
• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to customers
• Collect and analyze the market intelligence such as customer insight research, overall market trend analysis and producing related reports to sale team to facilitate the selling

Who are we looking for?

To apply for the Sales Trainee, you should possess the following qualities:

• Recent university graduate from any discipline
• Talents with 1-2 years of relevant work experience are preferred
• Demonstrated passion for sales and an interest in the logistics industry
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Cross-Department Opportunities Sales Trainees will undertake rotations across various departments, including AFR Operations, OFR Operations and Sales Support, to gain a thorough familiarity with our products and processes.
