Sales Support Specialist
Location: Head Office, G Tower, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer sales administration/sales support plans and processes to assist sales teams and for processing of sales transactions.
- Prepare Sales report and Sales performance Data to Sales Management/Manager/Sales Steering.
- Collect information and customer data to support sales teams with identification/qualification of leads and preparation of quotations and contracts.
- Draft standard commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales.
- Collate feedback from post implementation review and prepare reports on customer complaints, delivery/service problems, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Compile reports and statistics for supporting sales teams in conducting business reviews.
- Support pre- and after-sales activities and including basic Sales analysis.
- Maintain and update Sales documents e.g. ISO, SOP.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Freight Forwarding Business.
- Having knowledge of Air/Ocean/Road Products and freight forwarding business models.
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.
- Good communication in English both written and verbal.
- Experience with MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
- Ability to take ownership and proactively drive results.
