Sales Support Manager
Overall Role Purpose: Enables quality growth and sales excellence by leading the country sales data, systems, and analytics ecosystem. Sales Support Manager designs automation and insight-driven tools that improve sales efficiency, ensure data integrity, and support disciplined execution. Working closely with the Commercial team and cross-functional stakeholders and regional team, the role translates complex performance and market data into clear management presentations and actionable sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver automation, dashboards, and analytics tools that enhance sales efficiency, pipeline transparency, and execution discipline.
- Own commercial performance reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and trusted data to support sales leadership and frontline decision-making.
- Lead annual customer segmentation to ensure the right customers are assigned to the right channels for effective sales management, including mid-year customer rank up and down.
- Support sales teams by enabling high-quality leads aligned with market trends, driving growth in line with Commercial priorities.
- Translate sales performance, customer, and market data into clear management and townhall presentations with actionable insights.
- Lead and support projects related to sales support activities, sales processes, and sales applications, and perform additional tasks as required within CPR.
- Work closely with the APEC Regional Office on tools and application launches, updates, and feedback to ensure effective local adoption.
- Manage one Sales Analyst, ensuring effective workload prioritization, performance management, and skills development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Higher in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, CRM / Systems Management, or related roles.
- Experience in logistics, express, supply chain, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership and regional/global stakeholders.
- People management experience preferred, or demonstrated capability to lead analysts and project teams.
- Good command of English (Both of Written & Spoken).
- Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and SQL Server. Expert-level Excel skills.
