Job Title
This role combines activities related to potential client qualification and administrative and operational support for the sales team. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and organized, with an interest in sales processes and client work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualifier:
- Identification, verification, and qualification of potential clients
- Contacting potential clients via phone, email, or other channels
- Assessing client needs and potential according to defined criteria
- Updating and maintaining data in DHL systems
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team
Sales Support:
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Preparation of offers, presentations, and sales reports
- Tracking sales activities and client status
- Communication with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service)
- Support in preparing contracts and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Completed minimum secondary, preferably higher education
- Experience in sales, customer support, or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation
