We are looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Administration Analyst to support our sales teams through effective sales administration, coordination, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate data management, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Support sales teams by administering sales processes and handling sales transactions.
- Assist with the administration and planning of sales contracts according to agreed specifications.
- Collect and analyze customer and sales data to support lead identification, qualification, and quotation preparation.
- Prepare standard commercial documentation, including sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Respond to customer and internal queries related to stock availability, order status, deliveries, and pricing updates.
- Follow up on orders and resolve issues related to deliveries or documentation.
- Gather post-sales feedback and prepare reports related to customer satisfaction, complaints, and service performance.
- Prepare reports and sales statistics to support business reviews and sales performance analysis.
- Update sales price tables and support sales efficiency tracking.
- Provide support for pre-sales and after-sales activities.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a related role.
- Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and contract documentation.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
