Sales Administration Support Role

Support the delivery of sales administration processes and activities to increase customer satisfaction, effectively support sales teams, and ensure the successful implementation of projects in line with the business strategy, sales objectives, and Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of sales administration processes and activities under general or limited supervision.
  • Provide effective and timely administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as data research, processing, validation, and documentation preparation.
  • Draft standard documents for sales contracts and maintenance agreements, supporting commercial teams.
  • Enter and share information related to inventory and order dispatch, keeping customers and sales teams updated.
  • Track orders and address issues related to sales orders.
  • Process data and generate routine reports to support sales teams and monitor commercial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and the proper use of sales support processes and tools.
  • Resolve recurring and routine problems during activity execution, in accordance with defined processes, systems, and methods.
  • Support less experienced team members in different or more complex situations.

Stakeholders

  • Influence others within the area of operation through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
  • Support and interact with more experienced colleagues from the same team and other areas.
  • Develop a network of contacts to strengthen relationships and broaden organizational, product, and market knowledge.
  • Handle task-related issues appropriately to maintain good working relationships.

Management Responsibility

  • Individual contributor, with no direct responsibility for people leadership.
  • Provide support and training to lower-level employees.
  • Delegate and review the work of lower-level employees.
