Sales Support
Major Accountabilities:
As a member of the Sales team reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor, actively contributes to the achievement of the set commercial targets, by carrying out following duties, according to the relevant DHL local, regional and global guidelines and procedures:
- Analyzes and qualifies any received sales opportunity (« Lead ») for Prospects / Suspects
- Monitors, maintains and develops the assigned Customers' portfoglio, including Prospects / Suspects, by contacting them via telephone, according to the set objectives
- Collects and inputs in all the different applicable tools and databases any data and/or info related to the commercial and business activities of the assigned Customers, Prospects/Suspects or even Competitors
- Performs diverse Sales Support activities to provide assistance to the team.
Working conditions and terms:
- Full time, 08 hours / day – 40 hours / week
- Office working time (09:00 – 18:00), flexible.
- Attractive salary package linked to the relevant grade and job description.
- 18-month mission.
Profile
- Result and business oriented, highly motivated to develop our P.M.E./T.P.E portfoglio.
- Knowledge of the DHL products/services & processes = advantage
- Self-starter/independent, dynamic with a can do and positive attitude, flexible
- Organized and rigorous
- Responsible, respectful with a strong team spirit
- Excellent (spoken and written) communication and negotiation skills in French and English (German + Luxemburgish = advantages)
- Good understanding of the operational networking and crossfunctional activities
- At least 2 years in a previous experience as a (tele)sales or customer service professional
- Knowledge of the MS pack office
- Minimum required qualification: A-level or equivalent
