Provide effective and efficient administrative support on Sales matters to the Sales Management.
Accountabilities:
Organize meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
Assist the National Sales Manager in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity.
Manage National Sales Manager's office in his absence and ensures all matters requiring the National Sales Manager's attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
Any other Sales-related duties and tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.
Organize and minute monthly Sales Meetings. Plays key role in organization and/or coordination of other parts and their relationship to one another. Seeks out and critically evaluates both numerical and narrative information. Draws accurate conclusions.
Planning & Organizing: Sets clear and realistic goals and objectives. Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved. Is structured with good personal organization. Schedules time effectively and uses efficient work methods and tools.

Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants, liaison with relevant hotels and overseeing various logistics arrangements.
Collate data for Sales reports (both country and regional) and other required documentation; ensuring deadlines are complied with.
Coordinate with other departments' coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.
Ensure that the department has enough office and marketing supplies for sales frontlines.
