Job Title
Monitor and control transport safety operations to ensure compliance with company safety standards and legal requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for transport operations and subcontractors.
Investigate transport incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor driver behavior, defensive driving performance, and compliance with safety procedures.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and communication sessions for drivers and transport staff.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with transport safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
Monitor driver safety performance and safe driving behavior.
Conduct transport safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and safety communications.
Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and OSCP requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport safety, logistics, or fleet operations.
Knowledge of transport safety regulations, defensive driving principles, and risk assessment.
Experience in accident investigation and corrective/preventive action implementation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and communicate effectively with drivers and subcontractors.
