Purpose
Responsible for driving the branch revenues of a product/product category through effective sales process management
Key Responsibilities
Operational
Drive product revenues in the branch through the branch and area sales teams
Implement product-specific sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share and profitability of the product in the branch
Meet product yield targets in the branch; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets
People
Provide direction, guidance and support to employees within the product sales team in the branch to help them discharge their duties effectively
Ensure that the product sales team in the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements
