As a Retail Sales Desk Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing retail sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our Retail Center.

- Driving retail sales and revenue growth.
- Implementing sales activation programs aligned with local strategies.
- Managing store presentation to reflect DHL's premium brand and service standards.

Do you have what it takes?
- Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level Examination and full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A balanced, objective approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
