Our Sales & Marketing department is recruiting a Sales Account Manager (KAM) on a permanent basis to develop a portfolio of luxury and cosmetics clients.
MISSIONS:
Under the responsibility of the Director of Sales for Large Accounts, your main duties will be:
- Define the commercial strategy and action plan for the relevant sector in accordance with the global commercial strategy and sales objectives.
- Monitor performance and be proactive to ensure a positive dynamic of the portfolio.
- Implement a sales process, activities, and initiatives to:
- Ensure account retention.
- Achieve personal sales targets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Renew contracts, etc.
- Provide continuous support to clients to ensure the provision of high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate activities of functions where the client has direct contact to provide consistent services.
- Understand market trends, including digitalization, products, and client activities/requirements, and translate products into solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor competitive activity within accounts and disseminate information to relevant functions such as customer service, operations, pricing, etc.
- Identify decision-makers, establish and maintain relationships with large accounts to:
- Negotiate client contracts.
- Promote brand awareness.
- Resolve issues.
- Establish trust relationships.
- Negotiate contracts in accordance with Group guidelines.
- Enter data into the CRM.
COMPETENCES/EXPERIENCES:
- Good understanding of issues related to the transport sector and in-depth knowledge of DHL Global Forwarding products (air, sea, and customs).
- Proven experience in sales in competitive markets.
- Knowledge of the Consumer & Retail sector.
- Initiative and commitment spirit.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and perseverance.
- Mastery of computer software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional English.
