We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Director (m/w/d) for our Berlin region. (Alternatively: for our locations Berlin, Landsberg (Halle) and Altentreptow.)

What You Will Do As Regional Sales Director With Us:

  • You have the overview! The coordination of the target agreements and monitoring of target achievement for the salespeople in cooperation with the 7 branches in the South-West of Germany, as well as the processing of tenders and the creation of offers.
  • You have the responsibility! You are responsible for the budget and personnel in the sales area for the branches within the defined region. The promotion of cooperation with various business units and the development of regional solutions for continuous business development also belong to this.
  • You set the direction! The implementation of market analyses and the development of strategies, concepts and measures for the acquisition of new customers as well as the care and further development of existing customers are in your hands.
  • You secure the information flow! To ensure clear communication, you ensure a smooth flow of information between internal and external interfaces in the regional network. You report directly to the regional director of the region as well as functionally ("dotted line") to the head of sales & marketing freight.

What You Bring With You:

  • Experience and knowledge: You have a completed degree in business administration, logistics, sales or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the logistics or forwarding industry. You have demonstrable leadership experience as well as budget and personnel responsibility. You also have proven strategic and analytical skills as well as experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Very good German and English skills in speech and writing are no problem for you.
  • Responsibility: You take over the sales and budget responsibility and lead the sales internal and external sales team of the region Stuttgart.
  • Personality: You enjoy communication and customer contact and possess assertiveness and show initiative. You always look for the best solution for your customers while also keeping the interests and goals of the company and the team in mind.
