DHL Express Mexico is looking for a Real Estate Commercial Coordinator to work within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) area.

Objective of the position: Manage a sub-portfolio of country properties (industrial, offices, and retail), coordinating transactions, commercial analysis, renovations, acquisition or development of properties, as well as follow-up with internal and external teams to ensure business needs are met efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with global CRE guidelines.

Your tasks:

• Support the development and execution of transactions that maximize the value of the CRE portfolio.
• Conduct market research for Industrial, Office, and Retail markets, as well as financial analysis and commercial scenarios.
• Search for, evaluate, and negotiate the leasing of properties and their respective lease agreements; participate in development projects from prospecting to delivery to the business unit.
• Coordinate with the other CRE pillars (Licensing, Construction, and Property Management) for the regularization of properties, renovations, construction, and deliveries.
• Promote the standardization of processes, ensure the quality of information in CRE tools, and the compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Support the preparation of BCAs with different CRE stakeholders, monitor the execution of transactions, and propose continuous improvement opportunities in the team.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. (Degree is essential).
• 2 years of experience in commercial areas, transactions, or experience in Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience negotiating lease agreements, risk mitigation, and participation in expansion projects.
• Deep knowledge of the market and lease contracts for Industrial, Office, and Retail buildings.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to travel.
• Knowledge in legal and technical due diligence for real estate transactions, advanced handling of real estate databases and reporting systems.
• Effective communication and management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Organization, time management, and ability to work with general supervision and operational independence.
