Job Title: Quality Contributor

You are the person who ensures that the stored packages are checked for quality. So if you choose bright yellow with a hint of red, you will soon make a difference for thousands of shippers and recipients around the world.

What you will do:

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the correct processing of goods that did not go through the sorting process. This can be due to, for example, an unreadable label or a package without a label.
• You ensure that:
• You process shipments delivered to the Central Hub;
• You handle irregularities of shipments so that they arrive on time at their destination; think of finding a destination or repacking a package;
• You daily inventory, process, and prepare return shipments to be sent back to the original sender.

Working hours:

• You have a five-day workweek between Monday and Saturday in a fixed schedule. The services start at 07:00 hours. Additionally, we ask for your flexibility if the situation requires it. Currently, we are looking for someone preferably for 40 hours a week, but less is also negotiable.

Your new workplace:

In Dordrecht, we are located at Burgemeester van der Dussenstraat 910. Here we work at our Central Hub with about 200 colleagues. Daily, we process up to 200,000 packages per day that can be sorted to 150 locations. Wherever you work: we always listen to what you have to say. What you bring:

• Result-oriented and driven. You have the goal of the customer receiving the package on time;
• Accurate in your work and know how to set the right priorities;
• Both internally and externally customer-oriented. This is due to your strong communication skills and adaptability;
• Physically in good condition and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good at working in various systems.

What you get:

• Between € 2524 and € 3000 gross for 40 hours, based on your knowledge and experience;
• Standard 23 vacation days per year based on 40 hours;
• If you work on Saturday, you get a 50% surcharge;
• 8% holiday pay of your gross annual salary;
• A choice budget: you can use this for extra salary or more vacation days, for example;
• Travel expenses reimbursement from € 0.23 to € 30 per single trip up to 30 kilometers.
