As a Quality Operator at DHL eCommerce in Beek, you will ensure that packages with deviations still reach their destination safely and on time. This is what you will do:

As a Quality Operator, you are an indispensable link within our logistics operation. Together with four colleagues, you are responsible for the correct processing of shipments that have not passed through the sorting process automatically, for example due to a missing or unreadable label. Your duties include:

• Checking and correcting shipments that deviate from the standard process;
• Investigating irregularities, such as missing address details, and contacting the customer if necessary;
• Solving quality issues such as repackaging or relabeling packages;
• Communicating and reporting to internal departments such as Customer Service;
• Signaling structural bottlenecks and thinking about process improvements;
• Ensuring correct and complete administrative handling.

You work in rotating shifts: • 06.00 – 14.30 • 10:45 – 19.15

You are accurate, solution-oriented, and always keep the end goal in sight: a satisfied customer and a package that arrives on time. You easily switch between operational work and communication. What else we ask of you:

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Experience in a logistics environment (preferably in quality, control or operation);
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• You work structured and are not easily put off;
• You are flexible and can be deployed in rotating shifts.

You will work at our DHL eCommerce location at Horsterweg 26 in the Maastricht/Beek region. Here you work together with a RegioHub Manager, supervisors, team leaders and about 150 colleagues.
