Quality Assurance Technician
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
What Does The Role Entail?
- Ensure customer standards are clear and understandable to the operations team
- Any non conformance raise by the Customer, Quality technician is responsible for raising in QMS (ETQ)
- Review power BI temperature report E23 daily and inform Customer quality team of out of temperature specification. Customer Quality team will further advise the DHL Quality team on the next action
- It is the responsibility of the Quality Technicians to audit the site environment and equipment to ensure they are maintained in good repair, and kept clean and tidy
- Inform ops team about any quality concerns during the shift and outstanding actions
What Do We Need From You?
- Previous experience within Quality Assurance is essential
- IT literate, with Microsoft office packages
