As a QA Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring DHL Supply Chain Healthcare operations consistently meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.

You will support day-to-day quality activities across warehouse and healthcare operations, working closely with internal teams and customers to protect product integrity, compliance, and patient safety.

What You'll Do:

• Consistent compliance with GMP, GDP, TGA and client Quality Agreements
• Timely identification, escalation, and resolution of non-conformances (CAPA)
• Accuracy and timeliness of quality documentation, records, and reporting
• Effective delivery of GMP / GDP and quality process training
• Successful support of QA inspections, audits, and product release activities
• Compliance with temperature monitoring, calibration, and validation requirements
• Positive outcomes from client audits and regulatory inspections
• Ability to influence quality outcomes across operations without direct authority

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–3 years' experience in QA or operations within pharmaceutical, food, or logistics environments
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QA inspection practices
• Proven ability to support quality systems, audits, and compliance activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Confident communicator able to influence at multiple organizational levels
• Experience working within a process-driven, quality-focused framework
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated, fast-paced environment
• Diploma or equivalent in Science, Quality, Logistics, or a related discipline
