Quality Assurance Officer

Job Title

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Implement and maintain Quality Management System aligned to site requirements.
2. Support deployment of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to all leadership and associates on floor.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for CAPA and customer requirements and provide guidance on compliance, regulatory, and audit readiness.
4. Monitoring, tagging and safekeeping of documents (document control) used by all departments.
5. Support and coach Operations team to use the reports for planning purposes, as well as verify with site manager that figures are accurate and comply with same measurement in KPI tree
6. Support Operations in use of the cube, coaching them how to review size of the prize and people availability and effect of using more people in Operations to cover gaps
7. Maintain and review sustainability of utilization of the approved resource planning tool. (SMART Plan)
8. Support Operation to track operation's overall performance (productivity, deviation and direct hours), understanding processes' overall performance and deviation with all levels of management
9. Work with implementor ensuring accurate data collected including shift times, breaks, briefs included in calculations
10. Ensure tactical meetings and briefings are supported by data from system
11. Coach all management levels in use of reports and root cause analysis
12. Direct Site Operational team to low hanging fruit for quicker change of deviation
13. Show Site operations team how to collect data from reports for the dimensions of the cube and how to use the cube to support the reduction of waste
14. Work with the OMS Engineer regarding configuration, maintenance and issue resolution of concerns regarding the Performance Tracking tool.

Requirements

The requirements for this role include:

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related program
• Experience of quality standards and systems, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in auditing, corrective actions and change control processes
• Experience in warehouse and logistics or 3PL industry is an advantage
• Knowledge ISO 9001 standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects
• Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience working with supply chain operations
• Willing to be assigned in Bustos Bulacan
